The Threat
Texas is a “right to work” state. Today, the Federal Government is threatening to challenge that right. Several large private construction projects require Federal backing to guarantee their funding. These types of projects are being saddled with Project Labor Agreements (PLAs), stipulating that the projects be union-only. The Administration is holding 6,000 good paying jobs hostage from Texans and giving them away to their “big union” buddies.
Let’s keep Texas independent from heavy handed government policies “suggesting” how Texas should be doing business. Defend Texas now – demand that your representatives support Texas’ right to work!
